When you join the waitlist, we collect:
• First and last name
• University email address
• optionally: university / college
For partner inquiries we additionally collect: company name, contact person, phone number, interests and message.
When visiting the website, server log files (IP address, date, time, page accessed) are automatically processed by the hosting provider.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to:
• manage your waitlist registration
• inform you about the launch of Stuvora
• handle partner inquiries
• provide a secure and stable website
• moderate user content on the platform (if you use the app)

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent when signing up for the waitlist), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

We store waitlist data until you withdraw your registration or request deletion, and at the latest until the purpose no longer applies. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period in accordance with their policies.
